How do list my dress for sale / rent?

  1. Click on SELL A DRESS
  2. Input your contact details. We will reach you through this media.
  3. Name and describe your dress the best you can; state the size, length, tallest wearable height, style and designs.
  4. Price your gown as competitively as possible. This determines how fast it will sell.
  5. You can upload as much as 4 pictures. Please be advised to upload pictures that do not have any photographer’s watermark.
  6. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on LIST A DRESS/ITEM
  7. Reconfirm the item / dress has been uploaded by searching for it in the shop section.


Will I need to send my dress to you?

Yes, your dress will be at our warehouse for a maximum of 4 months after which it will be returned if not sold. Please note that this is not compulsory but is VERY advisable.


How do I ship my gown to you? 

You will handle the shipping using any method of your choice.


Will I be charged for listing my gown? 

It’s free to list your gown on our website.


Do I need to clean the gown? 

We recommend that you clean the dress immediately after the wedding. Dresses that have been cleaned have a higher chance of sale and low chance of return.


How do I price my gown? 

Just keep in mind that the dress has been worn once.


How can I attract more buyers? 

It does not hurt to create a buzz. Copy and paste your listing URL to your social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, BBM etc.).


How do I know my gown has been ordered for? 

You will be contacted immediately we receive the order via email or phone.


When and how do I get paid after my dress has been sold? 

We will wait for 7 days to be sure the dress will not be returned and then initiate a transfer of 80% of the selling price to the Bank account of your choice. Our minimum commission is NGN2500.


What happens if my gown is returned? 

We will inspect the gown to be sure it is in the same condition as with when shipped to the buyer. You can either leave the dress at our warehouse or request for it be shipped back to you. Items are only returnable within 5 days of receipt.


How long does it take for the dress to sell? 

Selling time depends mostly on price and style. Remember to price competitively.


Will the buyer contact me? 

All inquiries will be handled by our consultant on your behalf.

Buyer FAQs


Can I have a Home fitting? 

You can have an at home fitting session with your friends in the privacy of your home. Simply order and pay for the gowns you wish to try on, invite your friends over and consult a local seamstress (in case of any adjustments), keep what you love and return the rest. You will receive a full refund of the returned items less the return shipping fee.


Return policy?

There is a 5 days return policy on all items bought from our website. You have 5 days upon receipt of the dress to try it on and decide. If you wish to return a dress, just log into your account and fill the return items form or contact us via email and phone. Once we receive your item, you will receive a full refund of the price paid less the return shipping fee (N2500). It is important that the dress is returned in the same condition and packing as received. Please note that returns are not accepted for items on Sale and Earrings (personal hygiene).


How long does it take to receive my refund? 

This is dependent on the Bank and mode of payment. Refunds will be initiated immediately we receive the returned item(s) and will be made through the initial payment method.


How long does it take to receive my order? 

It takes a minimum of 5 business days after we have received your full payment depending on the delivery location.


Payment options?

Bank transfer to our account (we will send the account details to you via email. Installment payment: A deposit of 50% of the total value and the balance must be paid upon collection and delivery of the dress. Cash on delivery is available for Lagos only (N5000 shipping fee must be paid before the order is fulfilled). Online payment using a debit or credit card will be activated soon.


Can I alter the dress? 

Whether new or used, it is totally normal & expected for a gown to need multiple alterations to make it fit just right! Yes, remember that a lot can be done with alterations. Consult with your local seamstress during your at home fitting period and discuss changes that you would like to be made. Dresses can easily be taken in and most can be let out a bit. If alterations are not an option simply return the gown within the 5 days return period for a full refund less shipping.


Can I resell the gown after wearing it?

Oh yes! We will relist the dress for sale if you indicate interest and we will also state how many times it has been worn. Ensure you take good care of the dress.


How do I know that the gown will be as described? 

Ensure that you inspect all the photos and descriptions properly. The item will also be inspected by our team before we ship out to you. If it does not pass the inspection team review, we will let you know and offer you a chance for a full refund.


Shipping costs?

Shipping is NGN2500 (to a maximum of N5,000) per item for locations within Lagos. Fee for other states within Nigeria is dependent on the location and courier.


International shipping? 

Yes. Please send us an email indicating your location. Note that international shipping costs vary.

I can’t view my uploaded item?

Search for your item using the product name or SKU code. If your item is still not available, Please be sure that your product images are clear, do not have a photographer’s watermark or obvious social media logo.


Why can’t I sign into my account?

If you’re having trouble signing in, please check you’re using the same email address and password you used to register with us.


Can I amend my order?

We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.

You may be able to cancel your order if this has not dispatched yet. Please contact our Customer Relations team who will be more than happy to look into your query.
